Investment Strategy
Buy Early, Buy Often
The earlier you buy property, the more time it has to generate returns. Even a cheap apartment will pay for itself eventually.
Rule of thumb: If you have spare Funds and no urgent upgrades needed, buy property.
Higher Rarity = Better Returns
Higher rarity properties have better rental yields. Save up for the best property you can afford rather than buying multiple cheap ones.
Exception: Early game when you need to unlock property system features.
Property Upgrades
- • Renovations - Increase rental income by a percentage
- • Furnishing - Better furniture = higher tier tenants = more rent
- • Security - Reduces chance of damage/repair costs
- • Location Upgrades - Unlock nearby amenities that boost value
- • Prestige - Reset property for permanent bonuses (endgame)
