Finish the prologue and reach Player Level 5 to unlock all features.
Open Settings
Tap the menu / settings icon in the top-right corner of the main screen.
Find Redeem
Scroll down and select "Redeem Code" from the settings menu.
Enter Code
Paste or type the code exactly. Codes are case-sensitive!
Confirm
Tap confirm and wait for the success notification.
Claim Mail
Open your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards.
Important Notes
Case Sensitive
Redeem codes are case-sensitive. Always copy and paste the code directly to avoid typos. Uppercase and lowercase letters are treated differently.
Expiration Dates
Many codes — especially livestream and preview codes — have very short validity windows (24-48 hours). Redeem immediately when you see a new code to avoid missing out.
One-Time Use
Each code can typically be redeemed only once per account. Some high-value codes may have additional restrictions based on player level, server, or acquisition channel.
Account Binding
